Presentation skills website wins award for quality content

Sims Wyeth & Co., a presentation skills training company, and a firm devoted to improving the public speaking skills of accomplished people, is pleased to announce that www.valuablecontent.co.uk has seen fit to give us a Valuable Content Award for sharing our expertise.

Naturally we are thrilled to be acknowledged for our writing about effective speaking and business communication, and grateful to be singled out when there are so many other excellent sites in our field.

The award goes to our blog site:

For us, publishing blogs can feel like spitting into the wind.  It’s nice when someone other than us feels the splash of our efforts.  Of course we blog for spiders and web-crawlers almost as much as we blog for people, so maybe the award should be called the Spider/Man award.

However, Sonja Jefferson, the boss of www.valuablecontent.co.uk is crystal clear about her mission.  The award’s name remains Valuable Content Award, and we proudly display the badge.

Sonja, thank you very much!

PS. In the spirit of full disclosure, my friend Charlie Green also won the award in April for his amazing blog called Trust Matters at www.trustedadvisor.com.  When I saw that, I emailed Sonja and asked if she would review my blogs to see if I could qualify.  So Sonja didn’t pick me out of a crowd.  I introduced myself.  Wall flowers don’t get picked!
