And then I remembered something I learned from Richard Branson: \u201cPicture you\u2019re talking to friends in the living room.\u201d This will help you feel relaxed and in control.<\/p>\n

I arrived at the venue early to get to know the audience members. \u201cHi I\u2019m Jonathan. It\u2019s good to meet you.\u201d When I was on stage, people no longer thought of me as a stranger; I was a friend.<\/p>\n
