- Organize presentation content to create understanding and retention
- Build a connection with an audience of any size
- Use PowerPoint according to science, not habit
- Strengthen confidence, presence and expressiveness
This is not your typical corporate training program. In fact, it’s not training — it’s education. Training imposes rules, while education (from the Latin e ducere, meaning to ‘lead out of’) helps you discover who you are and what you think.
The program consists of brief lectures, facilitated discussions, video-taped exercises, and continuous coaching. It is experiential learning: learning by doing. Participants are on their feet giving short presentations to the group, seeing themselves on tape, debating issues with their peers, and implementing necessary changes to their content and delivery.
- High potential executives
- Researchers
- Managers
- Sales people
- Consultants
- and anyone whose job requires that they get it right in front of an audience
